More surface noise remains in this transfer than Turtle likes. But a further reduction added undesired digital noise to the result; therefore some surface noise remains. Listening to the recording, it seems that the noise could be reduced further but many attempts to do so failed....

Edison Diamond Disc 51271-R was transferred using a 3.7 mil spherical stylus in a Stanton 500 cartridge at 80 rpm.
